1. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Delivery area
We deliver within the EU (for orders outside of the countries specified by us, please contact us about the shipping costs).
Minimum Order Quantity
The smallest order quantity is 1 bottle. A minimum order value is not specified. Individual trial packages are possible with all products.
Delivery
The goods are delivered in boxes by post, rail or freight forwarding.
Packaging
If necessary, the bottles are repacked into special shipping boxes.
Your contribution for a quick delivery Please ensure that goods can actually be delivered to you.
If you are not at home, you can also specify a neighbour or the address of your workplace as the delivery address.
Shipping
The additional payment for freight and packaging depends on your order quantity (purchase value in euros).
Your shopping cart shows the amount due.
If you change the order quantity, please click on “Update shopping cart” to recalculate.
Delivery Terms
In the event that the goods ordered are not available, we reserve the right to provide an equivalent service in terms of quality and price.
In the event of unavailability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver.
Payments already made will then be refunded immediately. We usually inform you in these cases.
Complaints and returns
If the delivered goods are damaged in transit, please have the deliverer confirm this immediately on an informal letter.
Please contact us within 48 hours and until then please refrain from returning the goods.
2. Terms of payment
Credit card online (via secure connection)
You enter your credit card information directly on the screen. Payment is made immediately using the highest security standards. Your card will be checked for validity with every payment. As a merchant, we do not receive your credit card number and cannot debit any further amounts. We accept Visa or Mastercard.

3. OTHER PROVISIONS ON PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
Conclusion of the purchase contract
The purchase contract comes about through the buyer’s online order and our order confirmation, which we regularly send by email.
Prices
All prices are final price in EUR including VAT applicable in Austria. The prices at the time of the order apply.
Vintage information
The bottle pictures do not always correspond to the currently available vintages. We reserve the right to deliver the respective successor year when a vintage is sold out.
Miscellaneous
Our offer is subject to change, intermediate sales are reserved. The prices shown are binding until they are updated. Subject to price changes and misprints.
The goods remain our property until full payment.
