Dry Aged Red
We love bringing to life the excellent potential of vineyards around Gols with new wine projects and innovative visions.
For the very first 2018 vintage of our Dry Aged Red we harvested Blaufränkisch grapes. Only approximately 3 kg of grapes were stored in each wire crate for around six weeks in an airy attic, where they slowly dried out thus concentrating their strength. The grapes were then macerated, after 4 weeks of maceration they were pressed, and the wine was stored in Barrique barrels for 18 months.
